20 kW three-phase hybrid inverter from AlphaESS for large homes and small businesses. Three MPP trackers take up to 40,000 W of panels, the battery charges and discharges at the full 20 kW, and the UPS backup output carries the same 20 kW when the grid fails.

The SMILE-G3-T20 is the larger inverter of AlphaESS's third-generation SMILE system, built for households and businesses whose daytime surplus and evening demand outgrow a 10 kW inverter. It moves 20 kW in and out of the battery, as much as its AC rating, so a heat pump or EV charger in the evening can run from storage rather than the grid. Three independent trackers and room for twice the rated power in panels suit roofs with several orientations.
