2.97 kWh, 51.2 V LFP module for the BYD Battery-Box HVB high-voltage tower. Two to ten modules build 5.9 to 29.7 kWh, three towers in parallel reach 89 kWh, and BYD gives a 15-year warranty.

The HVB module is the building block of BYD's current Battery-Box HVB, a true high-voltage battery built with BYD's own LFP cells in a cell-to-pack design. Modules plug into each other through a patented internal connector, so a tower needs no wiring between modules, and at under 30 kg each one person can install them. A tower can be extended later at any state of charge.
