Huawei EMMA-A02 Energy Management Assistant

EMMA (Energy Management Assistant) brings metering, communication and energy management into one DIN-rail device in the consumer unit. It measures the grid connection directly up to 63 A, or through external CTs above that, and replaces the separate smart meter and dongle in a Huawei home system. From that measurement and from yield forecasts it schedules the battery and the flexible loads, so more of the solar energy stays in the house.

Compatible inverters listed by Huawei include SUN2000-2-6KTL-L1, SUN2000-8-10K-LC0, SUN2000-3-10KTL-M1, SUN2000-12-25KTL-M5 and SUN2000-12-25K-MB0. Two heat pumps connect directly; more are controlled through Shelly devices.
