Huawei's three-phase grid sensor for connections up to 250 A, measuring through current transformers. It tells a Huawei SUN2000 inverter what flows at the grid point, for export limits and battery control.

A Huawei inverter can only limit export, charge its battery from surplus or report household consumption if it knows what happens at the grid connection. The DHSU1079-CT provides that measurement for three-phase sites where the current is too high for a direct-connected meter: up to 250 A, read through current transformers on the main cables. It sits on a DIN rail in the distribution board, shows its readings on an LCD and reports to the inverter over RS485 Modbus.
